Known worldwide for his iconic role as Scorpion in Mortal Kombat, Chris combines his decades of experience in kids’ health, fitness, and self-defense with his passion for storytelling. This collaboration aims to bring Chris’s new children’s book series, “The Adventures of Backpack Billy,” to life in parks across the country, making the story accessible to children and families through interactive storytelling experiences.
StoryBook Walks is dedicated to promoting literacy and fostering a love for reading by transforming local parks into immersive storytelling trails. Cities and organizations can obtain “The Adventures of Backpack Billy” and place them along their trails, creating a unique and engaging way for children to enjoy literature while exploring the outdoors.

Chris Casamassa introduces “The Adventures of Backpack Billy,” an engaging and empowering book series aimed at children aged 5-12. The series addresses the complex issue of bullying while exploring themes of friendship, self-discovery, and personal growth.
